baesh child safety standards

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

baesh maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any depiction, content, or communication involving minors in a sexual context.

  • Grooming behaviors aimed at manipulating individuals under 18.

  • Sharing or requesting materials that depict minors in a sexual manner.

If such content or behavior is identified on baesh, the content will be removed immediately, and the account involved will be permanently banned. Where appropriate or required, we will also inform and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

2. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

  • baesh is intended strictly for users aged 18 and older.

  • We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or access our services.

  • If we discover that a user under the age of 18 is using our platform, we will remove or suspend their account without delay.

3. Reporting & Feedback Mechanisms

We have simple, accessible processes in place for reporting potential violations:

  1. In-App: Next to user profiles or posts, there is an option to report or block other users.

  2. Email: If you suspect any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse, please contact us directly at legal@baesh.co.

Once a report is received, our team reviews it promptly. Violations of this policy will result in content removal and, if warranted, involvement of appropriate authorities.

4. Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  1. Immediate Removal: Any discovered or reported child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is removed from baesh without delay.

  2. Cooperation with Authorities: We collaborate with relevant law enforcement or child protection agencies when legally required or deemed necessary to safeguard minors.

  3. Account Termination: Any account associated with CSAM or related violations is permanently suspended.

5. Compliance with Child Protection Laws

baesh is committed to abiding by all relevant child protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • German Jugendschutzgesetz

  • EU Directives on child protection (e.g., Directive 2011/93/EU)

  • U.S. Federal Laws, including the PROTECT Act

  • Any other applicable international laws designed to protect children

We periodically review and update our processes to ensure we meet both existing and emerging legal requirements.
